Our Community

East, West and Master

Arts District Hyattsville is actually governed by three independently operating homeowners Associations. Each HOA has its own bylaws and covenants. Every home belongs to the Master Association and to either the East or West Association.

  • East Village HOA. Manages parking, landscaping, trash, snow removal, courtyards, pocket parks, street maintenance and individual unit concerns for the 176 properties on the East side of Baltimore Ave/US Route One.
  • West Village HOA. Manages parking, landscaping, trash, snow removal, courtyards, pocket parks, street maintenance, and individual unit concerns for the 136 properties on the West side of Baltimore Ave/US Route One as well as the West side playground.
